We are so busy helping our clients move that it is easy to forget that even REALTORS® move! I just wanted to let you know that my business and I are alive and well. While celebrating my best year ever in real estate through internet leads/sales, I decided that I needed to expand my business to include more listings. After long and careful deliberation, I left my current brokerage and partnered with Prudential California Realty in Coronado, the company that has the market share of listings.
Since I've been a resident of Coronado since 1991 and I am currently the President of the Coronado Real Estate Association, it made perfect sense to return "home." I am still passionate about working with buyers and as always would welcome your referrals. Of course Coronado is home, but I do work throughout San Diego County.
I feel that my move will serve my clients well because when you are considering buying or selling a home, there are no more powerful and important words than reliability and trust. The Prudential name and Rock logo are among the most widely recognized brands in the United States. The name dating back to 1875 stands for strength, integrity and trust. Having seven designations from the National Association of REALTORS, I feel as if I emulate those same words.
