According to SANDICOR MLS, 2 Green Turtle Road in the Coronado Cays is the most expensive home ever sold for $5,850,000 ($959 sq/ft) on February 27, 2004.
If Art Bartlett had only sold his Coronado Cays Home in 2004, one could assume based on $959 per square foot, that he could have netted $8,267,539.
